Popcorn
Purchased Popcorn does not expire. An entirely unused package can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Promotional Popcorn is not refundable and expires after 30 days.
Subscriptions
You can request a refund within 7 days if you have not watched paid episodes. You can cancel renewal in your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Requests
Email info@zamcon.tv with the email address used for your purchase and your receipt number. Never send your full card details. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
